Hi Everyone,
I had the misfortune of someone backing into my Challenger while at an event. The damage was done to the driver's side fender- of course, in a way that negates being able to straighten it back out based on where the creasing is.
I've got a new replacement fender and now need a...
In need of a replacement driver's side fender for my E-Body. Some "nice" individual backed into it and didn't bother to stop- let a lone leave me a note. What's wrong with the world these days?
Would prefer OE and in at least good condition, if possible.
Thanks
Had a "run in" with a nice individual (not) who backed into my car and left the scene. There was damaged done to the front left fender, so I'm hoping I can locate a replacement.
Much appreciated.
Hello,
I've been searching for that style air cleaner for a while. I've got a 70 Challenger that I upgraded from a flat hood/ 318 to a Rallye Hood/ 440 a while back. Any idea where they can be had?
Got the side marker lamps (Amber/ Red), Instrument Cluster lamps, front parking/ turn and Tail/ Brake/ Turn lamps and they work great. Just remember to lightly lubricate the housings when you remove the old bulbs. :)
I can lock the wheel after removing the key as usual. Turn it slightly and it locks.
I have the slap stick shifter on mine, having replaced the ball shifter.
If You are talking about the large "lever" with the hole in the end- I rotated it all the way up so it was next to the booster- tried the key and no luck. Never was anything attached to the hole at the end of that lever- seems odd.
I then rotated it back down to about the 7 o clock position and...
Drove her last night. Got home and turned off the ignition and the cylinder rotated to about 1/8" short of where it usually stops and now I can't get the key out. Still starts fine but won't return fully.
Any ideas?
So my best bet is to snag the unit with the ground pigtail and simply ground it? It's just inside the ashtray, if memory serves, right? (Its been 8 or 9 years since I rebuilt the car lol
