    I believe that is for a 71 Challenger. It has that "groove" in it. The 70 was smooth.

    FOR SALE 1970-74 Cuda/Challenger Transport Mounts

    They were used to tie down the rear of the car when being transported by the car haulers. They are bolted to the rear frame rails near the mufflers. Some dealers removed them and some did not. I have a picture somewhere if I can find it.

    1971 Challenger Broadcast Sheet Found

    I have a Broadcast Sheet for a 1971 Challenger. If this is your car send me verification of ownership, and I will send it to you. VIN JH23G1B202954. As you can see that fourth digit is faded and only the top is visible. By the shape of it I believe it to be a 9 rather than an 8. E44 - 318...

    Rusted Bumper Bolt

    Even after heating/soaking I had to use a 4 foot piece of pipe on my breaker bar to get mine loose. Luckily the inside frame spot welded nut held!

    73 barracuda rally dash wiring question.

    They are called a washer lock Pal Nut. You will want to put some sealant on it for the fire wall. Your local hardware store might have some.
