FOR SALE 340- 440 4bbl shaker air cleaner base

Yes, I'm aware of the hole, throwing off the i.d. as 383. 1.5" throat depth, to the underside of the carb hold down. Throat depth is the same as my 71 340 base. This has the 70 style carb bridge. So I will leave it to the buyer to determine use. 383 with a high rise? Add feet for 340 supports...

FOR SALE 340- 440 4bbl shaker air cleaner base

Factory 4bbl base. 340 and 440 are the same height. For 340, you will need to add bracket for base support straps. Full disclosure, someone drilled two1/4" holes to use a six bbl size lid. The center stud hold down bracket was rewelded, as the original resistance spot welds are prone to...

Older Mopar branded MSD 6al box - how to set rev limiter? ...and which distributor?

I have an old MSD soft touch rev limiter with a bunch of "chips". I put the 7000 rpm one in mine for my 340. I could look to see what range my extras are. Your big motor would probably need something lower.

WTB Shaker Cold and Hot Air Doors

Hows the hunt going? I happened to look at my shaker grills, and they have the same markings as those $1400 ones on ebay. No pentastar. But now I see that I need the trianglar cold air flap. But I have a spare smaller oval hot air flap that needs just a moment of work. The warm/ cold air...

WTB Looking for a couple of factory cuda parts..

That long bolt is big block only. You might need to show what bolt you need. I think I get it now, you need the through bolt for the isolator. The bolt that goes through the K member.

    FOUND !973 Challenger parts needed

I just wanted to make you aware that the fratzoid has to be removed to apply a new wood grain. I have not done that before, and the pot metal emblem is pressed and peened on the backside. Careful trimming of the spread metal, but leaving a post to apply some JB weld to the back? IDK? Or re-peen...
