Does anyone sell just the bulkhead plug ? I hate to spend $600 for a wiring harness when I only have a fried plug.

My bulkhead plug is cracked and has some fried connectors. Does anyone know if the plug comes with a new Underdash wiring harness ? I would assume it does, I plan on buying my wiring from year one. When I look at their pic in the catalog ,I cant tell if its attached to the harness. Thanks
