    Thank you!

I just want to thank everyone on the board. Everyone has been great, answering what some may consider silly, basic questions but we are all learning, right? In particular, I'd like to thank a couple of folks I've dealt with when it come to exchanging money for parts, @Surfcuda , @floyd and...

WTB Cuda inside seat belt plastic support

I apologize for the double post, but I originally posted this in the "Interior" forum before I realized this might be the better place, so here it is... A stated, Surfcuda offered this advice. Surfcuda had a great suggestion, but the listed belt isn't the "exact" factory type seat belt. I've...

    Seat Belt Covers

Hate to be "that" guy, but I have to bump this to the top. Surfcuda had a great suggestion, but the listed belt isn't the "exact" factory type seat belt. I've scoured eBay and have found every component except the part I need. I've seen most episodes of Graveyard Carz and Mark gets some pretty...

    340 rear main seal

Good Point, Chryco Pycho.... Any pointers other than the oil sender. Back in the day, they used a rope seal and used a little cork screw device to remove the seal. It it still the same? Kansan

    340 rear main seal

Good Morning! The rear main seal has a so-so leak on my '73 'Cuda. I recall many years ago I would pull the oil pan on an engine (not necessarily a 340) and change the seal. I this a feasible fix on the 340. In time, I will rebuild the engine, but the time isn't right currently. Thanks, Kansan

    Cuda Power Bulge Inserts

Looking for insight for the Cuda power bulge inserts, Seems like their are mostly painted black with many painted orange/red. Is there any rhyme or reason? Year? Exterior color? My Cuda is a "73 340. Original paint code is GK6. Thanks,

    Thermoquad Rebuild Kit

Are you saying you have the specs for the the secondary screws for the Thermoquad if Carburetor Bushing Installation Kit - 3/8" throttle shafts, Quad Does not? Does that include source? The website seems to indicate they only have the screws for the Rochester Q-Jet. Thanks,

    Thermoquad Rebuild Kit

I'm slowly gathering parts to rebuild my original numbers thermoquad this spring. I would say I'lm fairly mechanically inclined, after all I do hold an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license. Without having instructions I can review, I am a little hesitant to pull the trigger on this part. If I...

Adding M88 option on Barrcuda ,information on holes ?

Not sure, but someone will be along to clarify. I think it depends on the year. Early trim went on the panel and later trim (like my 73) went on the trunk lid. What year are you working on?

    FOUND 727 Trans Cover

I updated it correctly, I believe....I've been fighting a fever for about a week. It is the cover that goes on the bottom of the trans for a 727 transmission fitted to a 340 of the 1973 variety.
