Just off the top off my head. From the very top of the wheel well to the ground is about 2'. There is only about 6" of ground clearance from the rockers to the ground. Go a little more.

I would check to see if the oil pump is working.
Pull the distributor and spin the pump to see if you have oil. It's a good tattle tell. The crank has to be turned for the cam to line up each side of the oil galleries. es.

This is what I would do. Break in oil. If you didn't do it yet change the filter, cut it open and inspect for metal fragments. Better safe than sorry. I would run the oil through the spring until you get 500+ miles then change. As far as the tires. They don't get flat spots as quick as nylon...
