    Pics of some updates

I agree! My nephew lost an eye when a blade came off of one of those fans and the Dr. told him if he hadn't been wearing glasses it might have went deep enough to kill him!

    How's this working out.

The Florida picture would apply to the Phoenix area also. A friend of mine says that water starts to freeze there at 60 degrees!

    Classic Car Repair Shop

I voted yes. I'm with Ronbo, there are some things I just can't do and as I get older that list seems to grow. I would have to vet the place first though and I would still do the stuff that I am capable of doing.

Let's hear from the desert & Florida guys?

Took mine out the other day to fill the gas tank and had Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon in the CD player. It took me a while to find my way back home! 😁 Since then it's been raining off and on and I won't take the car out afterwards until the streets dry up. I'll probably go out for a drive...

Their in positions for a good view.

Back in the day I was friends with an older cop who started his career at NYPD. He was a motor cop and told me that when winter rolled around there was no getting off the Harley and into a patrol car, the motor pool put a sidecar on the bike and they were given lap robes and sent back out!

Why all the hype? 4 speeds

His hair was a lot shorter too! We're looking forward to getting back over there to spend some time with you guys soon! That kid drives like I do, kinda scares me when I'm sitting on the passenger side!

Their in positions for a good view.

That cop must be Coy from the Shriner's convention! "Well, how'd you get that big motorcycle Up there on the high dive, Coy?"

Tried to raise my son right..

Well, I'm not proud of it but I started out a Chevy guy. I was actually looking for a 67 or 68 Camaro when I came across my first 70 Cuda and bought it. The movie Vanishing Point had a big influence on me and when I saw the Cuda I decided what the hell! I never owned another Chevy until last...

Tried to raise my son right..

Well, he probably won't be asking for the keys to your Mopar. That's a plus!

Why all the hype? 4 speeds

Through the years I've had 4 speeds, 62 Impala 327 4 speed, 64 Chevelle 327 4 speed, 65 GTO 389 4 speed, and a 70 Cuda 340 4 speed. My current (and last) Cuda has a TF 727 with a street friendly stall converter and a B&M transpak installed and at my age I don't miss the 4 speeds at all.

    Here We Go Again

I was at Barnes and Nobles earlier and asked if they had Donald Trumps new book on how to deport illegal immigrants.. The lady with purple hair at the register said “Get the **** out of here and don't come back!” I said, “yep, that’s the one!”

    1970 CUDA tach restoration

I wouldn't deal with any business that didn't have a working phone number and live person on the other end.

70 ebody am fm radio question

You might try checking with your local high school too. Ours has several 3D printers and the kids are really good at the stuff they do.

Any one using TTI shorty headers? I have a few questions.

I guess TTI's quality has gone down over the years when it comes to their coatings! The TTIs on my Cuda were bought back in 2008 and they still look new, no rust whatsoever.

    Leaf Spring Rebuild

You should be able to get the center bolts at a parts store. We always had them in stock at the Car Quest I used to work at. If they don't have them in stock they can order them for you. They will be oversized in length and once the springs are bolted together you cut off the excess threaded...

    AC restoration or vintage air?

The question you should ask yourself is do you prefer to keep things original or do you prefer to have a system that works better than the factory stuff. That should give you your answer.

    My sentiments exactly…

Yup, doing my part too!

How much can you narrow rear axle with a mini tub kit?

The truck Dana 60 I have doesn't have the mounting points for a pinion snubber. I don't think any of the truck Dana 60s do.
