I have done this swap with the 6.1 .. It as said makes 425 stock with much better internals rods , pistons etc no Mds .. I do run the 545rfe with an 2008 Ram 1500 computer and Hotwire harness. With the 3.91 gear , it does a nice cruise plus i can get into it a bit without a problem , very fun...
I got my new glass in with hardware and my passenger is perfect goes up and down no issues , super smooth with gaps all correct however , my driver side is maxed out pushing the top glass out and still hits the rubber . Not sure what is going on here but maybe one you guys can explain

Ok need a quick recap i measured my driveline angels today and got these measurements .. Now i’m pretty sure i need a 2 degree shim in the rear to make my operating angles pretty good .. Is this correct or iam i missing something here .. ?
