I remember this brace being attached to the front of the fender, but what does the other end attach to? The service manual shows it attached to fiberglass part. Mine does not have the second attachment hole.

I have owned my Challenger since 73. It was a Avis rental. 318 with 904 auto. Put headers on at 20,000. Shift kit @ 25000. Cam 280, 60, 460 at 50000. It has sat with 150000 mi since 1990.
Recently retired and have started restoration. Want to up the compression to the low 9's, and install EFI...
