Yes Caswell works great. It depends on how to prep the surface of the part.
If you sandblast it will be more mate, but if you wire brush or sand with paper
it will be semi-gloss is what I have found.
After Caswell dip Rinse with water and blow dry then set in WD-40 that seals it.

Current state. Checking all engine wires and re-wrapping with tesa tape. Also replacing bulkhead

Oh I didn't mark mine after pulling it. i sand blasted it and repainted it. I'll have to check how it lines up. I have not cleaned up my harmonic balancer yet I did mark that. Thank for the information.

will be doing all exhaust and intakes on each head. and lap valves. I found out that I need .080 to .105 seats for intake and .090 - .110 exhaust seats. so I will be working on that. I have also been chasing treads and black Oxide most of the external bolts...

the seat width for intake and exhaust? 30, 45, 60 degree faces.
