    I have a 73 Rallye with the same ugly marker lights. I like what you did and they're still Mopar parts. I'm just removing mine.

    Gremlins Thank everyone for your help. I left out the fact that I also have a battery / alternator disconnect switch. I removed the switch from the circuit and everything is working as it should. The switch got hot and opened the circuit. It was working again when cold.
