MOPARAL is correct about the 2 headed plastic clips.
They hold the wiring harness to the inner fender around the starter relay and the front lights harness behind the battery.

In 74, they built 1,191 360 Cudas ---BS23L
32 were 3 sp. sticks
398 were 4 sp. sticks
761 were autos.
Also (even rarer) they made 125 360 Barracudas BH23L
