    Thank you racekilla, that makes sense. I've ordered 2 from online and each was a Stant and each had same mounting problem. I will be searching the swap meets and mopar yards. I was told to try the yards about 6 months ago, but this car is a show car and wanted "new" if possible. BUT...I need one...

    I believe the gas caps I'm buying from Stant are not correct. The fit is lacking a "tight seal" and not properly sealing. There is no rubber to metal seal I think. It is NOT a locking gas cap as I want to go stock. BUT...it seems there is only the Stant cap to fit. Can anyone tell me IF there IS...

    It IS a 73 340. and just finished the build. Never noticed til cleaning underneath. Going to take photos and send to builder. thank you for your reply.

    Thanks Adam. I was thinking of making a bracket...bolt on...to move line, but I'm suppose to have STOCK inculding the two rear mufflers. Seems strange, but my builder told me he had exact same problem you described with "oversized" exhaust system. I'll have to see what it is now...never looked...

    My e-brake cable seems to be rubbing frame and exhaust as it is below and has no "spacers" to move it away from frame/exhaust system. Is there frame connection points builder missed or is there a part I need to keep line from touching frame/exhaust? thanks
