Cool beans, glad you got to drive it around! Yes weather been good in Northeast ;)
Here is where my R/T decal is. I based it off of an original ad for the 71 R/T .
Basically I line up the bottom of the 'R' and the top of the 'T' to where the hood curves swoop out.
It's where I thought it...
No it was FJ6, which is 'more common' with the V6J stripe from what l have seen over past 30 odd years.
I have seen multiple TX9 cars with orange stripes, yours is first l know of in green.
Gotcha. Interesting that the stripe code shows on tag. The other V6J 71 Challenger l know of has it listed only on broadcast sheet and not on tag.
Looking forward to seeing updates on this one. Love 71s , don't get same respect as 70s from my experience.
I prefer the 71 styling over 70 myself...
Looking for an ORIGINAL Road Lamp switch indicator - The black plastic piece that says "OFF ROADLAMPS ON" written on it in white.
Message me here , thanks for the ad.
Thank you. Interesting that the car has a 3 speed wiper and standard gauges. Usually they go hand in hand.
Best of luck with sale, looks like a nice driver .
