Had a 77 Plymouth Volare like this. It was just a runabout and it did ok. Don't know what I did with it or where it went.

    Hemi day.

I think I have a picture through the drivers window. I just haven't come across it yet. Thinking the milage was the low teens then. I'm most certain it is a NY plate, PA went to a Blue plate about early to mid 70's. Isn't something how they were daily driver's back then

    Hand cranking the engine

When you open it up you can see if it's to dry. You can put a little oil on rockers if you think you need to. Probably not. I fired mine up from sitting over winter. I would say if it sat for years or new I would prime it.

A loose rocker arm might miss a line for a bit. I would check clearance and toque. Same for rods. Pull all the plugs and look. Flex plate bolt loose. Better safe than sorry!

Some Drivers - just gotta ask - How ?

Here's how. A short jeep story. In 76 A McDonald's manager had us paint his 69 Charger. His assistant manager stop in the night we were painting it and got to know him. He had a new JEEP with a 304 it would run. So one night we were going to go to ski resort. Something came up and I had to go...

Pet Peeves - Lets get complaining!

I went and got a bale of straw yesterday at a landscaping business. Pulled in and sign said open but door was locked. Another sign read: Making delivery be right back. Waited 10 min not to bad but trying to get done before it rained. The guy showed up and gave him $9. As I turned to leave he...

    Hemi day.

Came across some pictures. This was in the late 70's I seen this at an event. I waited around for the owner to come back. But for some reason I had to go to work. It was the real deal checked vin. It can be made out on the hood. 110 camera? Thought I had more pictures. Thinking it was a PA plate...

I was thinking this was a heard of elephants at a glance. Now I see it as a parade. Being in rank and file. They are becoming extinct.

    AAR Rear brakes

I flipped the coin a few times and it would land on the edge. It would always put me on edge when the brake line would go. Of course 2' of snow and a ridicules wind chill. The steel PVC coated only last a few years on my truck. 3-4 years I think. I don't think the steel is getting any better. I...

    AAR Rear brakes

That's moisture. There are a few brake fluids that don't. Dot 5.1 and it won't damage paint.

    AAR Rear brakes

I use copper nickel line and make my own. Bends easer then steel. One is always enough for a car. I keep a roll around for family friends and my enemies.;)😉😜...

    AAR Rear brakes

Just a passing thought. If it is original see about getting it rebuilt. Or hang onto it if you do get a reman. Use something else for a core.

    AAR Rear brakes

The above information is good. To start. Drum drum, drum disc or other system. It could be a shoe or caliper hanging up or the paring brake hanging up( Not adjusted correctly). The rubber brake hose or hoses might be bad inside and act as a check valve. Yes I would say you need to do a...

    Hello from Sunny Southern California

Follow the dots. Understand how it's wired first. Blue charge circuit, yellow battery supply, red ACC circuit. Headlight sw is feed from splice one under dash. One word explains the wiring and connections. Inadequate! Read Description and follow the dots. The wiring is not heavy enough and the...
