This might be a shot in the dark but, I’m helping a friend track down one of the shift rods for a 4 speed conversion. We need the longest rod (which ball-park length) should be around 12”-ish inches? Anyone happen to have the long rod available or can point me in the direction of a good...

Haha. I saw this thread start in ‘12 and thought there would be pages upon pages of parts peddling (up to current/present day) but, yeah... this thread is definitely toast.

I’ve never tried this myself but, have heard of people using White paint markers and carefully taking the time to only mark the letters and portions that need to be restored back White.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will be tinkering on my Dart Sport tomorrow and, will measure if 12" is enough length to reach from floor through the bench seat. Your price is super reasonable so, I hope I can make it work. Will follow back up on Saturday afternoon/evening.

What’s the length of the 3 female portions that bolt to the floorboard? I need 2 for my ‘75 Dart Sport project. Are they long enough to reach from floor mounting through the bottom of a front bench seat?
