car is level, the tire rub is on the fender lip

So I have 2 cars that have been restored, one done more complete than the other. Looking at them there doesn't appear to be any " frame" damage camber adjusters are set about the same between cars.

So I looked at both cars and the cam adjusters are pretty much adjusted the same on both of them that being said it appears that the drivers side adjusters are set to have the camber less on the drivers side. I am working on getting one on jack stands to take a better look.

Hello I have a issue with the front tire rubbing the fender up top of the lip when steering on the drivers side. The tire to the fender is different by 1" from the drivers side to the passenger side. I have 2 cars that are the same. Did plymouth offset the suspension? or am I missing something...
