sitting should be gone thru,turns fine and shifts fine.cover plate had a hairline crack i wekded it up.didnt leak before or after,use as is or replace,cheap part.50 on ebay but as i said,no need to.no leaks.dated 70 lo9cated on southern mass.prefer not to ship1800 or best offer.very desirable unit
