I selected my restoration shop and dropped of my 1970 Challenger this weekend. I am very fortunate in having a shop about a 10 minute drive from my home in Elizabeth, CO that comes highly recommended by two friends that have had several cars done by this shop "Painted Dreams". Don from Painted Dreams has also done a few small projects for me on one of my other cars so I am very comfortable that I will have an excellent result. I have a shop that will do the transmission rebuild and may get an engine rebuilder recommendation from Painted Dreams but am also interested in any advice for a shop in the Denver Metro area? I know that it is likely to be years until I get the completed car back but the fact that it is now started makes me happy but anxious at the same time.
