Mopar 53032456AE Bell Crank, this is the part needed to convert manual gas pedal to drive by wire and maintain kick down functionality needed for the 904/727/518 transmissions behind a 3G Hemi.
Fully tested and functional, includes the wiring harness, $125 includes shipping to US
Also have just the sensors for $100, if you don't need the housing.
