74 Barracuda Hood Adjustment

Is there any easy way to adjust the front hood height above the rubber bumper stops. Raise the rear of the hood at the windshield?

The front of the hood is adjusted up and down with the bump stops. The side to side adjustment is with the hood latch. The up and down adjustment of the hood at the back is with the hinges. Here is a good link about hood adjustment.
