Body Plug Location - Need Advice

I think this goes on the rear floor, right and left corners? Correct or not?

Also:
- Is it installed from the inside, or under the car?
- What sealant was used (if any)?

Correct, in the rear foot well pans in the corners nearest the back seat. There are also two of them under the back seat left and right. They install with a sheet metal screw from the inside. Just use a good seam sealer like 3M.
