New harness question with the bulb sockets

I bought a Classic Industries rear harness for a `74 Challenger and I noticed that the 1157 bulb will not fit new socket because alignment pins are even and not offset like they should. A 1156 fits right in due to single filament bulb so pins are even but of course wrong bulb for there. Did they goof up making these sockets or do they make a different bulb I am not up to date on? I might have to splice in old sockets to make correct if I have to.

Thanks

Sounds like they screwed up the sockets alright! You've got three options. 1) send the harness back and tell them the problem. Hopefully they fix it! Or give you a refund. 2) Swap out the sockets, but that kinda sucks on a new harness! 3) Order the correct harness from Evans Mopar wiring. Guaranteed it will be right!
