For the appliqué inserts for the Rallye wheel centers, I have purchased two sets from stripeclassics on eBay at the following link: 1970 1971 MOPAR DODGE PLYMOUTH RALLYE WHEEL CENTER CAPS INSERTS
The transaction was flawless with timely shipping. The product is well made, looks good, and installed correctly.
Following are a couple of pictures of the two sets that I purchased and installed on centers, plus the wheels, that I repainted.
Side Note: I have had problems on something else with the seller you listed in the example, so I won't use them again myself.
