Rallye Wheel trim ring

Who can repair or restore rallye wheel trim rings? I've got an original brushed 14" ring with a sizeable ding in it. Is this fixable?

I thought the same thing initially. Maybe someone in the Denver area that's good?? NOS prices for these things are pretty high.
