Lord Fusor 152 / 153 Extreme Bumper Repair Adhesive (medium)
A flexible bumper repair adhesive, like the one above, is very tough, dries quickly, but is not brittle. Repair the area from the back side, if possible, and you can even imbed a small strip of sheet metal for reinforcement if necessary.
