Spring on gas pedal

Now that I figured out the spring goes on the gas pedal, and why I left an allen wrench makes sense. The allen wrench is to remove pin on the pedal. Now the question is how it is put back correctly? And if anyone knows where the black round rubber goes?

Here are a few pics. The black seal is for the throttle cable at the firewall, the center pops out of it.
