Trouble posting ad

So I try to post a for sale ad and when I hit the post ad button I get a pop-up that says something to the effect of I need a PREFIX. Never happened before. Hit the button a coupl'a more times but then it posted but with a 'contact seller' flag. What's up with that?

The prefix puts the little "FOR SALE" button in front of the title. Later, when the item sells, or, when it's no longer for sale, it's nice when the seller edits and changes the listing to "mark as sold" changing the title prefix to "SOLD"
