I added two gas lift cylinders for the trunk and made some new trunk hinges from solid 6061-T6 aluminum. The result is a much better trunk opening and closing

I extended the rocker and lower fenders ,I wanted to get rid of that unsitely flat spot and pinch weld when you look under the car. Now it looks more finished than what the factory did and helps hide the exhaust and transmission member when you look under the car

Let hope you never need to use the rollover bars. Looks great! Keep the tire side down. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone... I wanted to close that gap between the radiator support and the header panel. I made a cover for some 6061 aluminum . I plan on adding the hood release and hood pop up spring

Nice work as usual.
My only question is why not mount the door plunger up by the hinge area. It would just seem to keep it cleaner when you open the door.

A little more progress. I mocked up a 3 speed wiper motor from a 03 PT cruiser. It wieghs 1 pound lighter than the stock wiper motor plus its much more compact. I also finished up the connection to the shaker
