Hello, I am currently in the midst of the building of my 70 Barracuda. It will be a Hemi-Cuda clone, it was Originally a B7 white vinyl top and all white interior. I just finished painting the shell in the original B7 and I am leaning towards going with the black vinyl top. I intend to stay with the standard split bench setup and I prefer the white interior since it's different to all my other mopars yet I don't think it would look good, or at least I am having a hard time picturing it. Did that combination ever exist from the factory? If so does anyone have any examples they could share? Thank you!

It's your car and you can (and should) build it how you want! But to your question, I don't know of any factory E-Bodies with a white interior and black vinyl top. But with Chrysler, never say never because someone will show up with a fender tag and build sheet to convince us otherwise!

Yes, anyone could order a black vinyl top with white interior or vice versa.
Many examples exist.

My car was originally an EW1 (Alpine White), with a V1W (White Vinyl) roof, white Vinyl Bucket seats and white interior panels. Originally the only black on the car was the strobe stripes and the front kick panels. That was too much white for me. Changed the roof to Black (same style), black interior panels and black with white insert seats. I bought the car in 78 so got used to the all white but I think the restoration with additional Black looks much better.

looks fricken good! Is that blue sky in the background? I lived in Bremerton for a couple of years and rarely saw blue sky.

Now that's STYLE!

I would lean a little further with the black top. Some kind of black accent hockey stick stripe or other creation.
This is only my opinion of CUDAS and Challengers. The CUDA always looked sportier. The Challenger always looked classier. But they both look Irresistible when decked out!

I would say shiny top with white interior. As most, including myself are not a fan of vinyl tops. Although, 4 of my 7 cars are still vinyl top cars.
However, a white top and white interior with B7 would be stunning when done. Or, maybe even one step further. A painted V02 style top rather than vinyl.
