I honestly think $450 is not bad for an original set of 340 manifolds.
There is a new reproduction set selling on ebay for $599.

I have a pair from 69 - 340.

There are a lot more big blocks out there then 340's so there are a lot more big block manifolds as well, you may have to include a little cash as a sweetener.
