I went with the gear vendors in my 340 Cuda. It works well with the 3.55 sure grip.

I would keep the 3.91 and use a Gear Vendor overdrive. I have a 3.55 with the Gear Vendors. Wish I had the 3.91.

I have a 74 Cuda and used door panel's and rear seat panels from Classic Industries. They worked great and sound deading material also.
