    Shoulder Belt Clips

I will put the shorter one at the front. Seems like this would be better since that is where the interior roofline starts to curve and I think it will be easier to stow the strap that way.

    Shoulder Belt Clips

This is 72 model with bucket seats. Old headliner remains are still sandwiched between the bracket and the clip. I have removed the plastic cover from the clip so the bracket could be separated from the clip. These are the original clips from this car.

    Shoulder Belt Clips

Getting ready to install headliner. Looks like the shoulder belt clip brackets need to go on before headliner. Two of my Clips are larger than the other two. These are the originals from this car. I did not remove them. Does it matter which is front or rear clip? I compared to the holes in the...

    Kickdown Linkage with Street Demon

Yes, I think a different system like Lokar would be better in the long run.

    Kickdown Linkage with Street Demon

Anyone using the Street Demon carb? I am swapping out a TQ. Street Demon not matching up with kickdown very well. I believe the linkage I have is stock for 72 model small block with 727 and TQ. No linkage problems with TQ. I am using the throttle stud from TQ and got the Chrysler throttle...

Had mine done at Just Dashes. Very happy with it. I had them fill and cover the big speaker opening too.

    Ring and Pinion Gears

These were changed many years ago and the old 3.23 gears were thrown out with other seemingly useless stuff that I didn't want to keep moving. Yes it would be nice to have two set ups since they are easy enough to swap and I like the acceleration that I have but there is a lot of highway...

    Ring and Pinion Gears

Hi everyone, first I want to thank everyone for all the helpful comments over the years and the shared interest in our old Mopars. I am wanting to change out the 3.91 gears that I had installed many years ago for 3.23 which is a better match for my needs these days. I want to be sure I get the...

Hood Safety Latch and Release Lever Springs

Has anyone replaced the springs in the hood safety latch and the release lever? It would be great if someone has documented how they did this. Can probably figure out if I can find the springs. Mine have broken and looks like the pivot pin needs to be cut off on end in order to remove/replace.

    Accelerator Cable in Bind

I ordered a new bracket when I started on this reincarnation to be sure I have the right one I got the correct kickdown rod too. All that seems to match the drawing except my cable has so much bend it reaches to the distributor. If the cables are all the same I will remove/lube/reinstall...

    Accelerator Cable in Bind

I have a '72 small block/727/Thermoquad setup that I am trying to refine. I seems like there is too much accelerator cable length in engine compartment causing it to bind which requires a lot of spring tension for carb throttle bracket to rest on idle adj screw consistently. There is quite a...

    Distributor Disassembly

No I don't even see it. It is either not there or it is broken off and not visible.

    Distributor Disassembly

Ok, thanks. I will try a little harder and find a spare also.
