Hi, this is the strut rod retainer. In order, 1st the pin; 2nd the nut; 3rd the retainer; 4th the sleeve; 5th the 2 bushings; and 6th the other retainer. One of the retainers has a smaller hole than the other. The picture above is just for one side.

The module you have is okay but the module needs btw 800-1500 ohm resistant pick up coil which is inside the GM Distributor. Within the distributor the coil has two wires which hooks up to the module for signal. The Chrysler distributor coil's resistance only has between 290-500 ohm, which is...

This looks like a welding rod for a stick weld. The coating is known as flux. Years ago some people used arc welding rods as a substitute for retention purposes as needed. This not an actual part for the car.
