How do you take apart a slap stick to replace lens/chrome

How do you take apart a slap stick to replace lens/chrome

Its from a 73 challenger but i can't figure out how it comes apart without breaking. They sell the replacement slap stick lens and chrome. do i have to drill what looks like spot welds around the light housing and cut off the rivets holding it together?

    E-body r shock mount

sorry i didn't get back sooner, don't get on here too often. i was able to find some studs from mancini racing. Took a ton of work to get the old studs cut off and drilled out as the bolt hole for the mancini ones were slightly larger bore.
