    Over heating

Water runs through as in, without being attached to the radiator, water is put in the top and appears to flow through the block passageways, unobstructed. The rusty water and my lack of knowledge about how long it sat is what worries me. No fan clutch. I have a thermostat on the radiator cap...

    Over heating

So, I’m starting my cuda project and want to make it a reliable street car first. The jacket water has been rusty since I bought it and from what I can tell the car sat for years before I bought it. But it runs! On multiple occasions, after draining, flushing and putting new coolant in, the...

Mild budget build on an original 318

I agree with rumblefish, I’m building a moderate 318 now and have no doubt it’s gna Smoke tires. Modified 302 heads, aftermarket cam, Fitech, headers, and upgraded rear end gears. It’s got a EB650 ld340 now and it screams. All though I wouldn’t call heads the choke point of a 318, their early...

    15" Tire/Wheel Size recommendations

I have a 73 charger and 73 barracuda. I know where a pair of Mopar Rallye 15 x 12 inch Big Bolt pattern (5 x 4.5 inch) Wheels with BF Goodrich P295/50R15 105S are located. They are $400 for the pair and am wandering if they are worth the price and if the will fit the rear of either car without...

Could you imagine a custom 73 318 fender tag with 4 wheel disc brakes, 302 stamped heads, Edelbrock 600, slap stick, suregrip, led front and back lights, vinyl wrapped panels, .....

    fender tag

Quapman, I'm missing the top 1/4 of the build sheet and the info contained on it. My car will be custom anyways. I would like to have had the info to throw in my restore folder.

    hemi swap info on FBBO

I am on that site as well for my B-Bod charger. I find myself referring back there for E-Body stuff quite a bit.

    1970 cuda 6.1 swap

I have tossed this around. I like the idea of using the old transmissions. I am not sure about the 904 though. The reason I wont go with the NAG transmission is I dont want to cut my tunnel. I would build my 727 and buy a Gear vender 6 speed adapter capable of up to 700+ horsepower. Just my two...

    fender tag

siiigggghhhh, I bought a 73 barracuda with no fender tag and after removing the dash I found the bottom 3/4 of the build sheet. I know nothing about the car. Is there anything I can do, or anywhere I can go to find information about my car? Can my VIN# be used to find it is some old database? I...

    coolant leak

Recently purchased the car. 318CI So Im going through the operational systems on my car to make sure its road worthy and noticed a coolant leak. It appears to be rear engine, drivers side. Coolant is falling from the bell housing and appears to maybe be running down from behind the starter? I...

Dash indicator lights not working- HELP Please

I just tore apart my dash and fixed a lot of ground issues including those. I believe those lights ground to the housing themselves, kind of like the tail lights do. However if they are all out you will have to trace the line back further to find the problem.

    73 barracuda

I got her because body damage is minimal and it is a fairly original car. She is a flat hood original car that needs 40+ years of clean up. The dash was originally together but with lights, and grounds a mess, and the pad cracked, I tore it apart. It is back together now, I will post an updated...
