Yes in that the 318 had nothing to do with that package. But still 318 cars were not available with dual exhaust nor chrome tips. You can’t take away something you never had. Nonetheless… it’s a really clean and awesome 70’ Barracuda. The car stands on its own.

Do you have the factory parts box or bag with these? Seems to have wear on them and knobs broken off.

Incorrect for 70-71 E-bodies. 383-4, 340-4, 440-4 had tips in CA. As do 340-6 AAR and T/A. 440-6 and Hemi 1970 and 1971 E-bodies sold new in California have N97 noise reduction package along with N95. N97 includes turn downs. But doesn’t apply to this 318 2bbl car as they all came with single...
