Car been in a accdent ? door gapes bad ? hood and deck lid not fitting good ? IF Thats not the case dont over think that somethings wrong. If you dont see any major repair work on the car , I would think its all good .

what are you trying to repair? Body sway or body twist or a diamond body . All ebodies are unabody cars , Are you trying to do your own frame repair ?

You said overspray but you did not say what kind of overspray paint under coating what did you spray that you got overspray is it a different color than the hood or is it something that you could just feel if you’re hurt is freshly painted you’re gonna have to wait to try any other chemical like...

Door skin replaced and made some additional adjustments to fit the rear 1/4 panel need to check front fender, Then I can do some light body work and get it ready for paint

The AMD door skin is a good door skin but a little work needs to be done on the flanges in the corners so when they are hammered over they get nice and clean well I’m gonna have to do a little body repair on probably the ends because I did not like the way they folded over but will have to check...

Just to let you know I called AMD told them the problem, They said thanks, got some more pictures of the door handle repair and door skin attachment bracket for the window regulator assembly, l will also post pictures of door skin panel installation w/ panel bond adhesive.
