Here are some pictures of the door skin, I replaced on my Cuda same as for A Challenger . I used 3M products and Fusor High Density foam sealant to put on the reinforcement bar in a big puddle so that skin has a bond with the inner rebar panel then hammered the edge of the door scan over onto the panel

The AMD door skin is a good door skin but a little work needs to be done on the flanges in the corners so when they are hammered over they get nice and clean well I’m gonna have to do a little body repair on probably the ends because I did not like the way they folded over but will have to check that when I put it up against the fender and the rocker panel But that is not uncommon for when you put on the door skin especially when it’s not an
OEM product. I’m glad I decided to replace the skin versus repairing because there was lots of rust in between the flange panel and the door would’ve came back later

hi, I will be installing new amd door skins on a 70 cuda and was just wondering if you applied the foam between the collision bar and skin before installing the door skin or after the skin is installed. Can you tell me what the Fusor part # is for the foam sealant ? Thanks.

it seems that E-body doors in nice shape are relatively easy to come by. I am surprised that many elect to replace the skin.
None-the-less...nice job!
