Use Magnum manifolds , they flow better than the 68 340 manifolds

For the amount of work to change them I would not worry about cost just buy good ones Top 3 are TTI Ceramic Dougs Ceramic Hooker 5115 , you would have to get them coated , can't buy them done . these all stay above the steering center link & fit well .

71 Charger is identical to the E body , I have had 4 4spd 71 Chargers

You need to measure the crank & see if it is in spec , the damper is done , it is in very bad shape . It would depend what your plan is for the engine , you could do a 512 stroker kit with a new steel crank , rods & pistons this would allow you to use a internal balance damper instead

Not a fan of KYB , We used a lot of different adj shocks on drag set ups , not so much on cornering / street set ups Bilstein & QA1 are great , even Rancho makes great shocks .

My Daily right now is a Diesel 5 spd .

Flowbasterd are not my fav Dynomax , , Hooker Aero , are far better , often adding a resonator after the muffler will help

I believe they will clean up ok , I would put in hardened seat on the exhaust side .

more at the lights , if the housings are not grounded properly with clean surfaces it will try to ground through other circuits
