Deleting the A/C on my 73 Cuda. Will delete compressor and heater control valve and run hoses direct to heater core. Without changing heater boxes what changes must be made to have heat and more importantly the defrost work?
OK great. I think it was only the cars with A/C that had the 7" pulley anyway. Something to do with the compressor and water pump configuration. Thanks

I know this topic hasn't been discussed before but I can't seem t get a straight answer. I am missing the fender tag on my 1973 Cuda. Is MMC Detroit the only ones left producing these. They are expensive and wondering iff there is an alternative??
Yeh - I can see that one would need a helper as there is no way I could get those lines closed in two or three seconds. Thanks for your help -greatly appreciated
How long does it take for the peddle to bottom out? Probably would be a scramble to close the lines before the peddle bottoms out. My prop valve is a hard to access in a hurry.
