Yes, Convertible glass (Side fronts & back quarters) are absolutely different between hardtop and convertible. Also, I have even experienced that hardtop glass is different between Challenger & Barracuda as well (cut differently).

Thanks Matt! Every part on the car is assembly line to the car, vinyl top, interior, all glass, wheels and rings, and I even have the original lugnuts too! (except the 26 year old paint job, tires, battery, hoses, s/wires , date coded exhaust, and decals). Dave Wise even did the paint spats...
