True, its not going for emissions at its age

sorry I keep calling it EGR it's a PCV not EGR

So I have a stock 383 intake with no EGR port. The EGR on the valve cover goes directly into the bottom of the carb. I wanted to remove the EGR valve if possible and not have it go into the intake if possible. I have heard that it causes the intake valves to get gummed up and sticky.

Looking for some input on deleting the EGR valve on a 383 challenger? Good, bad, and how?
