WTB Searching for 383 HP engine

Hi, Interesting.... I assume it is a replacement block since no VIN. Do you know its history? Was it a warranty replacement block or something ordered from DC over the parts counter? What is the casting date and other numbers? Is it an HP block and innards? Did you rebuild it and do you have...

Correct type gas cap for vapor system.

GREAT INFO GUYS! THANKS! How do we test whether the "Pressure/Vacuum" cap is working or not? We could have "the right cap" but if it is not functioning properly and doing its job, it's probably the same as having the wrong cap on it.

WIW - 1970 Challenger R/T Plum Crazy 4-speed White top

    Source for vapor barrier adhesive

As Mopar Jack said, the caulk from the box stores is not very sticky. Possible to heat it up slightly and see if it gets stickier before it cools back down. Might work. Otherwise do like Mopar Jack said and get the kit from Performance Car Graphics. At $65 it is pricey for plastic film and some...

Long Island Mopar Guy With Cars & Questions!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE for the welcome! It is appreciated. I see a couple of conflicting comments (advice) on what to do regarding the distributor issue. (I kind of expected that) In my other four cars, they all have the Mopar Electronic Ignition Conversion system and they run fantastic! (In all...
