Hey guys, i disassembled the passenger belt retractor and found the problem. Someone allready put his hands on the belts (i know who -.-) and forgot to fix the belt onto that thin metal plate... If you roll the belt off completely the spring loaded barrel slips and unwinds the spring. Can...

Unfortunately I dont have pictures showing the seat belts on my phone and I wont see the car until next month (lot of snow here). But i am sure I have the standard 70 e-body black seat belts. Will try to yank them free or remove them for a check if its not working.

The outer male seat belts on the front bucket seats in my Challenger do not retract but hanging loose in the car. I always have to watch out that I dont jam it in the door when I leave the car. I was wondering if thats normal on the standard seat belts or if they used to be retractable and mine...

Yes, you might be right...it seems my seats only had the stoppers on each inner side. But curious why the drawing shows two stops per seat. Maybe its a 70 only thing to use the white ones without spring and then two of those on each side? Would be nice to know. Anyway i am looking for one black...

Do you have a source for the black bumpers with the spring? I only have one complete and one is missing the spring. There should be two stops in each seat. And is it a production year thing what kind of stop is installed? I know that i dont have my factory seats installed but they should be...
