No I'm not questioning him he remembered they were steel he just couldn't remember the size. Do you happen to know if the caps would be aluminum or stainless. Thanks for any info.

That is correct I talked to the original owner of the car he said he ordered the cheapest wheels, because he was putting aluminum slots on the car.

Thanks, I forgot to mention it has a shim only under the left side lower control arm bumper someone mentioned to me that the shim was usually 15" wheels.
