1972 Barracuda and 1977 Suzuki TS185 with matching colors. The side panel is original but I resprayed the tank with leftover paint from the cuda and it is almost a perfect match.
Shop rates up here in NH are $100-125 /hour now and my buddy was quoted $30-40k to do his Duster but his would need metal and body work as well. I`m glad I can do my own body and paint or I would be driving all my cars in rustoleum spray can jobs as I can`t afford to pay that.
Yup, pay with cash to avoid us working people getting screwed more than we already do. I try to tip and pay independent contractors, small businesses etc. with cash when I can.
If frame rails and floors were solid I doubt anything "settled". If gaps were good before there is no reason they should not be good now just takes some time to adjust everything.

I expect my Barracuda to be called a Challenger, Charger, General Lee (it`s orange) and even, ugh, a Camaro by spectators who are not "car" people but when it`s another classic car owner or worse a classic Mopar owner I cringe.
Looking for a passenger side splash shield that goes under the rear area of the fender attached to the firewall/cowl, decent driver quality. I have two nice drivers side but no passenger one. :mad:
