It's been that way since we've had it. The ignition was out of the column. Put a new one in and it works great except for the clicking

I'm having trouble with my 70 cuda starting. Sometimes it just clicks and sounds like its coming from the starter when I turn the key. I can keep trying and it always starts eventually. I've put a new battery, starter, relay, terminal and the wires are tight from the starter to the relay...

Thanks. There's another yellow wire under the dash that's been cut also and they fit together pretty close. Just wanted to know what it is before I reconnect them and see what happens

I need help identifying a yellow wire running down the column. It's been cut and just hanging out. Looks like it's close to the turn signal lever. It's a 70 cuda 440 originally a 4 speed but now automatic. Thanks
