I have added a close up of the date code area on the wheel!
If you are looking from the center of the wheel out at the valve stem
the month code in this case 7 or July will be on the left.
Then on the right will be the day of the month in this case the 25th
or July 25th 1969 because there is no part number stamped
into the wheel just inside or below the valve stem.
The early production July and August 1969 did not have any part numbers.
Check your extra wheels because it's common after all these years
to have mixed sets and mixed date codes!
