The one on the left is for 70 challenger (one year only) The one on the right is for 71-74 barracuda. Any way I was thinking that the frame and the vertical molding is the same on 1970 challenger and barracuda.

Yes that is what you have to do clean them up and put some lubricant and should work fine.

I do not see a company that reproduce door latch for e body. The only way is to buy a used one, probably you can find some on ebay
